Compliance and Risk Specialist (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
This position is responsible for assisting in the administration, updating and maintenance of First Financial’s compliance monitoring and internal control processes. You will participate in credit union policy reviews, and assisting management in assessing adequacy and compliance with regulations. You will also ensure policies are updated and accurate.
Accountant (Freehold/ Howell Corporate Office)
This position performs accounting and clerical tasks on a daily basis. You will also provide general accounting support to the Vice President Accounting/Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Accounting, and the Accounting Department.
Member Relationship Representative - Call Center (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
This position requires a pleasant, outgoing and confident manner. The skills and job knowledge mirror that of a Member Services Officer position, except that the job responsibilities are carried out via telephone rather than in person.
IT Systems Support Administrator (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
The Systems Support Administrator role is to ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer network. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. This position will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.
Teller Associate (Freehold/Howell, Neptune and Toms River Branch)
Teller Associate must accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for members - including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers. Processes new membership account requests and existing member account changes and updates. Promotes and advises on the credit union’s products and services
Teller (Full-time and Part-time Neptune Branch)
Accurately and efficiently processes and records routine transactions for members including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers. Promotes and advises on the credit union’s products and services. Part-time Teller must be available to work on Saturdays.
